Order T&Cs:

We accept payment through the following forms: UK sterling, Visa, Mastercard, American Express

Prices are subject to change without notice; prices inclusive of VAT at the current rate.

Minimum order delivery is £15.00, however a delivery charge of £2.50 will be added to cover packaging and delivery

We reserve the right to refuse delivery.

Food T&Cs:

Size and weight of pizzas are pre–cooking. Our olives, although pitted, may contain olive stones/fragments.

The sale of alcohol is permissible only when accompanied by a food order of a minimum price of £15.00, using a credit card or debit card for payment. We cannot serve alcoholic beverages to persons under the age of 18 years of age; proof of age may be required.

Loyalty Points T&CS (where applicable): 

Customers earn 1 point for every £1.00 spent – excluding delivery charges.

To redeem points, minimum order value must be £25.00 – before delivery charge.

Points must be earned and redeemed online only – if able to redeem points, this will be presented at check-out.

Loyalty points cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or voucher code.

E.G. of loyalty point value: customers can get £10.00 off using 100 loyalty points.

Maximum points able to be earned in a single order is 70.

Loyalty points expire after 6 months.

The Mitre reserve the right to stop the loyalty points scheme at any given time.
